Historical Introduction

Ososi-Iwoye Lodge No. 56 is one of the distinguished lodges under the Provincial Grand Lodge of Nigeria – Western, founded and situated in Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, with the mission of extending the light of Freemasonry into the Ososi-Iwoye community and its surrounding areas. From its inception, the Lodge has remained steadfast in promoting the core Masonic virtues of integrity, charity, moral discipline, and brotherly fellowship.

The Lodge was established during a period of vibrant expansion within the Nigerian Masonic family. Over the years, Ososi-Iwoye Lodge No. 56 in Ago-Iwoye has become a gathering place for men of character—professionals, community leaders, and individuals committed to the moral and social upliftment of society. Like all Masonic lodges, Ososi-Iwoye Lodge No. 56 in Ago-Iwoye serves as both a fraternal home and a sacred working space. It is the place where:

Ososi-Iwoye Lodge No. 56 stands as one of the four lodges that make up the Provincial Grand Lodge of Nigeria – Western, alongside:
